<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a thin type electrodynamic speaker with a low overall height which includes a second diaphragm that vibrates in a direction substantially orthogonal to a first diaphragm, has excellent sound reproduction performance and, is suitably attached to equipment, such as a display; and a display device using the thin type electrodynamic speaker. <P>SOLUTION: An electrodynamic speaker includes: a first diaphragm and a first voice coil; a second diaphragm that vibrates in a second axial direction substantially orthogonal to a first axial direction, and a second voice coil; and a magnetic circuit which includes a magnet, a first yoke and a second yoke, and has a first magnetic gap and a second magnetic gap. The magnetic circuit forms the first magnetic gap between the first yoke and the second yoke, and forms the second magnetic gap between a first extended part that is extended from a bottom part of the first yoke to an outer peripheral side thereof, and a second extended part that is extended toward an outer peripheral side of the second yoke. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
