摘要 <p>Producing a multi-layer composite structure (1) comprising at least one substrate (2) and at least two layers each made of chemically different flowable media comprising adhesives or their combinations, which are applied on the substrate, using multi-cascade nozzle unit in a single step, comprises forming chemical bonds among at least two different viscous or thixotropic adhesives, with respect to adhesion and improved thermal expansion, and applying at least two adhesive layers on the first substrate, and which are respectively superimposed in the form of bead-shape, in the feed direction. Producing a multi-layer composite structure (1) comprising at least one substrate (2) and at least two layers each made chemically different flowable media comprising adhesives or their combinations, which are applied on the substrate, using multi-cascade nozzle unit in a single step, comprises forming chemical bonds among at least two different viscous or thixotropic adhesives exhibiting a viscosity of 103-106 MPa.s, with respect to adhesion and improved thermal expansion, and applying at least two adhesive layers on the first substrate, and which are respectively superimposed in the form of bead-shape, with relative motion of at least one, first substrate and the multi-cascade nozzle unit, in the feed direction, using the multi-cascade nozzle unit such that the first substrate is chemically compatible with the first adhesive of the first adhesive layer and the first adhesive is chemically compatible with the second adhesive of a second adhesive layer (5). The bead-shaped adhesive has a width of 3-20 mm, and a speed of relative movement of the first substrate and the multi-cascade nozzle unit in the feed direction is not > 10 m/minute. The amount of adhesive present in each adhesive layer is not > 5 g/s. An independent claim is also included for multi-cascade nozzle unit comprising an application head movable relative to the first substrate, which is connected to at least one adhesive reservoir for implementing the above method. The application head comprises four nozzle units arranged in a row, and which are interchangeable in the feed direction of the application head or the first substrate, and each communicating with an associated reservoir of the viscosity or thixotropic adhesive and are individually controlled such that: during the relative movement, the applicator head and the first substrate has a speed of 10 m/minute; a multilayer adhesive system structure made of not > four superimposed adhesive beads respectively has a adhesive bead width of 3-20 mm; and the adhesive coating is present in the amount of not > 5 g/s.</p>
