The plate (1) has a perforated disk (2) embedded into a rubber disk (5) made from elastic material, and a bolt (3) projecting perpendicularly from the perforated disk. The perforated disk comprises recesses (8) that are passed through by the elastic material of the rubber disk. The perforated disk and/or the rubber disk is designed in an adhesive-free manner. The bolt is connected with the perforated disk by using a screw or rivet connection. The perforated disk or the bolt is made from metal or plastic, where the recesses comprise round or polygonal cross-section. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a suction plate.
