<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method of manufacturing a rubber compounding composition, in which the kneading of a rubber and the reaction of the silane coupling agent can be efficiently performed by equipment of low cost and space saving. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus includes: a stirring rotor 6 that stirs a material fed from a slot 3 in a sealed up mixing chamber 5; a controller 11 automatically controlling the rotational speed of the stirring rotor 6; and a temperature sensor 13 that detects the temperature in the mixing chamber 5 and outputs the information concerning the detected measurement temperature to the controller 11, wherein the controller 11 automatically controls the rotational speed by a PID control to make the measurement temperature be a target temperature based on the information concerning the measurement temperature and the information concerning the set target temperature until a set control time passes under a state in which a rubber component, silica, and a silane coupling agent exist at least in the mixing chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
