<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from touching an unintended button by mistake on a portable terminal having plural different devices mounted in touch areas when the user performs an operation across different touch areas. <P>SOLUTION: When a predetermined fixed time elapses after input operation on a key input part 2, a CPU (shown in other figure) to which information is input from an information input unit 1 invalidates input operation on a key input part 3 performed by moving a finger from the area of the key input part 2 to the area of the key input part 3, accepts operation performed on the key input part 2 as formally specified input operation, and performs processing corresponding to the formal input operation.
