<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air conditioning equipment for avoiding inefficient temperature regulation to be performed by a cooling and heating apparatus and a desiccant ventilating device. <P>SOLUTION: In the air conditioning equipment 10 having the desiccant ventilating device 12 for performing cooling operation for cooling an outside air introduced into a room or heating operation for heating an outside air introduced into the room, while using a desiccant rotor 11 to move moisture between air in the room discharged exteriorly, and the outside air introduced into the room, and the cooling and heating apparatus 16 for cooling/heating in the room by circulating a refrigerant through a circulation circuit 15 connecting an indoor unit 13 and an outdoor unit 14, a control means 17 is provided having signal connection with the desiccant ventilating device 12 and the cooling and heating apparatus 16, and the control means 17 avoids inefficient temperature regulation for the room interior by avoiding that heating operation by the desiccant ventilating device 12 and cooling operation by the cooling and heating apparatus 16 are concurrently performed, and that cooling operation by the desiccant ventilating device 12 and heating operation by the cooling and heating apparatus 16 are concurrently performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
