<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device for web page capable of reducing load on monitoring of a web page, a program, and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: A web page information storage unit 12 stores web page information. A link information extraction unit 11d extracts additional information that is added in the past, from the web page information stored in the web page information storage unit 12. A link information storage unit 13 stores the additional information and time information showing an update time of the web page information in association with each other. A trackback spam determination unit 11f generates histogram showing appearance frequency of the additional information for respective times on the basis of the additional information and the time information stored in the link information storage unit 13.
