<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve calibration with high accuracy when performing calibration of temperature characteristics of a plurality of pieces of work. <P>SOLUTION: In a system for calibrating temperature characteristics, a plurality of pieces of work (WG<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-WG<SB POS="POST">n</SB>) having specific temperature characteristics are housed in the same thermostat bath H and calibration of temperature characteristics of each piece of the work is sequentially performed in a state where a temperature of each piece of the work is stabilized by temperature adjusting means A at a predetermined temperature. The method comprises: temperature detection means for detecting temperatures of work to be most recently calibrated among pieces of work whose orders of calibration are predetermined; and control means Cont for controlling temperature adjustment capability of the temperature adjusting means A so that the temperatures detected by the temperature detection means are stabilized at temperatures predetermined for calibration of temperature characteristics of pieces of the work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
