<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prove for measuring a living body capable of reducing the effect of disturbance while reducing the effect of optical mixing on measuring spectrums. <P>SOLUTION: An irradiation fiber 35 and a light receiving fiber 34 are attached to a probe body 30 so as to form: vertical parts 35b and 34b arranged so that an irradiation surface 35a of the irradiation fiber 35 and a light receiving surface 34a of the light receiving fiber 34 abut on a skin surface 43a of the living body substantially in parallel; parallel parts 35c and 34c arranged so as to extend to the skin surface 43a of the living body substantially in parallel; and bent parts 35d and 34d continuously arranging the vertical parts 35b and 34b and the parallel parts 35c and 34c.
