METHOD FOR USER EQUIPMENT TO SWITCH FROM D2D COMMUNICATIONS TO CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS AIDED BY CLUSTER HEAD

Disclosed is a method for user equipment to switch from D2D communications to cellular communications aided by a cluster head. When the quality of a D2D link between user equipment and a cluster head is lower than a pre-defined threshold, and if the user equipment has to leave the cluster but still expects to continue the original service, then the user equipment performs cell searching and random access, establishes an RRC connection with the target base station of a cellular network, implementing the switch from D2D communications to cellular communications by the aid of the cluster head, and giving the communication manner after switching. The present invention realizes mobile switching from D2D communications to cellular communications in distributed cluster communications, which can reduce the routing lookup time delay and save wireless resources.
