[Solution] The present invention comprises the following: a device main body (1) having an internal space that extends from one end side to the other end side, and provided with a discharge part at the other end side; a plurality of holding members (6) formed from a spiral-shaped continuous body and provided in a row arrangement in the internal space of the device main body (1) so that the axial direction of the holding members is parallel to the direction in which the internal space of the device main body extends; partition plates (7) respectively dividing the inner spaces of the holding members (6) in two along the axial direction of the holding members; driving means (15, 16) rotating the holding members (6) and sequentially discharging, to the discharge part, packaged medicine (13) held in each region formed by the holding members (6) and the partition plates (7); and a dividing plate (3) provided between the holding members (6) and dividing the internal space of the device main body (1).
