PURPOSE: To enhance the safety of an operator by coupling a movable arm device 29 with an excavation device, providing a boring device rotatable for a specified angle, reinforcement rods and an excavation head, and coupling them to a second, a third, and a first drive device. CONSTITUTION: A movable arm device 29 is coupled with an excavation device 14, and an excavation head 19 is installed with which a boring device 20 rotatable sideways for an angleαand reinforcement rod 25 are put in cooperative work alternately. Two sector devices 32 and 33 movable and for clamping formed by trimming the arm device 29 are engaged, and both generate cooperative work of the boring device 20 and reinforcement rod 25. Coupling with a second 35 and a third drive device 38 is made for generating cooperative work with the movable arm device 29, which is coupled with the first drive device 31 by means of movement of the boring device 20 and reinforcement rod 25. Thereby the drill shaft can be held same certainly when reinforcement rod 25 is inserted.
