<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a bathtub, which is firmly fixed to a side wall of a bathtub without deforming the side wall even the side wall has a complex shape and insufficient strength. <P>SOLUTION: The handrail for a bathtub includes: a nearly L shape fixed frame to be attached to the side wall of a bathtub; a nearly L shape movable frame slidably attached to the fixed frame; a pressurizing implement attached to the fixed frame and/or the movable frame; and a pressurizing plate attached to the pressurizing implement so as to be movable in a front and rear direction.
