<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conventional valve opening-closing timing control to smoothly perform operation for displacing a rotational phase, lock operation and unlock operation. <P>SOLUTION: This valve opening-closing timing adjusting system includes a displacement mechanism part for displacing the rotational phase of a camshaft to a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, a lock mechanism part for locking the rotational phase by an intermediate lock phase positioned in a displacement range of the rotational phase, and a control unit 9 having a control system for controlling operation of a hydraulic control valve for hydraulically driving the displacement mechanism part and the lock mechanism part. The control unit 9 has an oil deterioration degree evaluating part for evaluating a deterioration degree of a hydraulic fluid of a hydraulic circuit, and changes time responsiveness of the control system based on the deterioration degree. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
