<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment testing device which prevents each temporary halt position of a carrying object from varying with temperature, when the carrying object is intermittently carried along a carrier path. <P>SOLUTION: A vertical carrying mechanism 20 of the environment testing device 1 carries a workpiece W upward while temporarily stopping the workpiece in each of transfer positions 21 (1)-21 (8) in a vertical carrier path 12. A shaft 31 elongated along the vertical carrier path 12 includes a plurality of first supporting claws 33. Second supporting claws 35 that can protrude/recede with respect to the transfer positions 21 (1)-21 (8) are provided in the transfer positions 21 (1)-21 (8), respectively. The vertical carrying mechanism 20 vertically reciprocates the shaft 31 to support the workpiece, which is supported in each of the transfer positions 21 (1)-21 (7) by the second supporting claws 35, by the first supporting claws 33, subsequently carries the workpiece to the next one of the transfer positions 21 (2)-21 (8), and transfers the workpiece to the second supporting claw 35 after that. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
