<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly detect a position of a radio transmission source such as an RFID tag and an RFID reader. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission position detection apparatus according to one embodiment includes at least four reception antennas for receiving signals that are radio transmitted from a radio transmission source, and a measurement unit which measures time differences between timings at which the respective reception antennas receive the signals that are radio transmitted from the radio transmission source and calculates three-dimensional coordinates indicating the position of the radio transmission source on the basis of the respective measured time differences. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
