<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chromatography member which has a column and prefilter, and in which liquid permeation pressure hardly increases even when samples are repeatedly measured. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid chromatography member includes an analysis column filled with filler particles, and a filter for filtering foreign substances. The analysis column and the filter for filtering foreign substances are integrally arranged in one cylindrical container in order of the filter for filtering foreign substances and the analysis column from the upstream side so as to have substantially no gap therebetween. The filler particles have average particle size of 2 μm to 20 μm. Filtering particle size of the filter for filtering foreign substances are 1/6 to 1/3 of the average particle size of the filler particles. An effective filtration area of the filter for filtering foreign substances is 23.75 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>to 50.24 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
