<p>This stereoscopic image adjustment device is provided with a image processing unit which inputs stereoscopic images including left-eye images and right-eye images and adjusts the parallax amount of left-eye images and right-eye images, and an output unit which outputs to a stereoscopic image display device the stereoscopic images with a parallax amount adjusted by the image processing unit. The image processing unit adjusts the amount of parallax such that, when the user perceives the stereoscopic image, compared with the end portions, the center portion of regions in which the parallax amounts of the left-eye image and the right-eye image are the same appears to be positioned nearer to the user than the display screen on which the stereoscopic image is displayed.</p> |
