<p>The present invention relates to certain Imidazopyrazine compounds of Formula (I) as inhibitors of mammalian Target Of Rapamycin (mTOR) kinase, which is also known as FRAP, RAFT, RAPT or SEP. The compounds may be used in the treatment of cancer and other disorders where mTOR is deregulated. The present invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the Imidazopyrazine compounds.</p>
