PURPOSE: A coffee bean roasting system is provided to improve the roasting workability, and to display unroasted and roasted coffee beans by transferring the unroasted coffee beans to a roaster using the difference of air pressure and ejecting the roasted coffee beans automatically. CONSTITUTION: An unroasted coffee bean storage(110) is connected to an unroasted coffee bean supply hopper and an unroasted coffee bean transfer line(111a), and stores unroasted coffee beans which are transferred by the difference of air pressure. A coffee roaster(120) roasts the unroasted coffee beans. A roasted coffee bean storage is connected to the coffee roaster and a roasted coffee bean transfer line in order to store the roasted coffee beans which are transferred by the difference of air pressure. An air inlet part(140) maintains the unroasted coffee bean storage and the roasted coffee bean storage in a vacuum condition by sucking the inside air of the unroasted coffee bean storage and the roasted coffee bean storage to emit to the outside. The unroasted coffee beans in the unroasted coffee bean supply hopper are transferred into an unroasted coffee bean storage tank(117) through the unroasted coffee bean transfer line due to the difference of air pressure from the unroasted coffee bean supply hopper. An unroasted coffee bean introduction line(113) connects the unroasted coffee bean storage tank and the coffee roaster. An unroasted coffee bean transfer opening and closing part(115) opens and closes the unroasted coffee bean storage tank selectively. A roasted coffee storage(130) includes a roasted coffee bean storage tank(131) where the roasted coffee beans are transferred from the roaster; and a roasted coffee bean transfer opening and closing part which opens and closes the roasted coffee bean storage tank selectively. A vacuum line selecting valve member(145) sucks up the air in the roasted coffee bean storage selectively. An ejecting part(150) transfers the roasted coffee beans in order to transfer the roasted coffee beans in a roasted coffee bean ejecting hopper(137) to the packaging container or the coffee extracting apparatus by the difference of air pressure. |
