<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drinking container capable of reliably retaining an open state of a drinking spout. <P>SOLUTION: A drinking spout formation portion 41 for forming the drinking spout is set at a top wall 31 of the container lid. A linear bending line 43 is formed in part of the drinking spout formation portion 41 and a boundary of a part other than the drinking spout formation portion, and a curved cutting line 44 is formed in the other part A supporting leg 51 rises from a location having a distance from the linear bending line 43 of the drinking spout formation portion 41. A horizontal circular pull-tab 52 is expanding toward the linear bending line 43 from an upper end of the supporting leg 51. Two engaging projections 53 are provided on the lower surface of the pull-tab 52. A flange is provided on a peripheral wall outer surface of the container cover. While the curved cutting line 44 is being cut and the drinking spout formation portion 41 is bent along the linear bending line 43 in a direction so as to be overlapped with a part adjacent to the linear bending line 43, both of the two engaging projections 53 are configured to be engaged with the flange from the lower side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
