摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide materials and manufacturing methods for a fusing apparatus used in electrophotographic printing devices, including a fuser member which can lower manufacturing costs and extend lifetime of components. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are materials and manufacturing methods for a fusing apparatus including a fuser member 100A comprising a substrate 110 and a topcoat layer 120. The topcoat layer 120 comprises a flow-coated fluororesin and has a surface energy of about 25 mN/m or less. The methods include heating a topcoat to a first temperature ranging from about 100&deg;C to about 280&deg;C and heating the topcoat to a second temperature ranging from about 285&deg;C to about 380&deg;C to form a uniform topcoat on the fuser member 100A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
