<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which integrates an inspection program in an inspection target device in a decentralized environment without depending on a physical server and/or an outside network environment, in inspecting an information processor. <P>SOLUTION: In an operation terminal device which controls an inspection target device, two types of functions, a terminal function and a virtual server function using virtualization description, are configured. By being controlled by the terminal function, an inspection device acquires and executes an inspection program from a virtual server environment. An inspection environment comprises only two devices, the inspection target device and the operation terminal device.
