<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CMOS inverter that can easily correct duty without using an inverted potential even if an input waveform is steep. <P>SOLUTION: The CMOS inverter includes a PMOS transistor P1, an NMOS transistor N1, an input terminal NG and an output terminal ND, and has a switch connected to a PMOS transistor side or an NMOS transistor side. The switch is connected to the PMOS transistor side if it is a PMOS switch P2, and is connected to the NMOS transistor side if it is an NMOS switch. After an input signal is input into the input terminal NG, a control signal is input into a control terminal G1 of the switch separately from the input signal to hold the voltage of the input signal as a duty correction to an output signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
