<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A communication terminal device comprises: e-mail information acquisition means that acquires e-mail information from a mail server in a power-saving state; determination means that determines in the power-saving state the presence/absence of an e-mail requiring processing in an operating state from the information acquired by the e-mail information acquisition means; power-saving state releasing means that shifts the state from the power-saving state to the operating state; and control means that, when the determination means determines that an e-mail requiring processing in the operating state is present in the mail server, makes the shift from the power-saving state to the operating state by the power-saving state releasing means, and receives the e-mail from the mail server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
