METHOD OF PRODUCING NANOCOMPOSITE RESIN-CURED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a nanocomposite resin-cured product improved in heat resistance and glass transition temperature and excellent in insulating properties.

SOLUTION: The method of producing the nanocomposite resin-cured product includes: a step of preparing a mixture that contains a thermosetting resin base component 3 and an inorganic nano filler 5 that has an amino group on a surface thereof; a step of heat-treating the mixture at temperature lower than the curing temperature of the thermosetting resin; a step of adding a curing component including a curing agent 4 to the heat-treated mixture; and a step of thermally curing the mixture to which the curing component is added.
