<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a package in which contents containing a sulfur compound are packaged in a packaging material having oxygen gas barrier property for preventing the oxidizing deterioration of the contents containing the sulfur compound for a long period and a function absorbing retort smell generated from the contents. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the package in which the contents containing the sulfur compound is packaged by the packaging material, a coating layer containing zinc compound is arranged in the surface of the oxygen gas barrier material by coating the coating agent containing the zinc compound on the surface of the oxygen gas barrier material and drying the same, and the method includes a step for obtaining the packaging material in which oxygen gas permeability measured at 20°C and 80% relative humidity (RH) is 3 cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>(STP)/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>*24hr*atm or less and a step for packaging the contents while arranging the coating layer containing the zinc compound at the contents side more than the oxygen gas barrier material so as to be able absorb the retort smell generated from the contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
