<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system capable of managing data with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In a sequencer 12, a current date after recovery from a power failure and a date just before the power failure are compared. Then total operation data collected until just before the power failure is transmitted from the sequencer 12 to a server 13 to be stored in the server 13 as a collected operation data to be transmitted at a data transfer time if the power failure does not occur. At the first data transfer time after the recovery from the power failure, collected operation data collected after the recovery from the power failure is transmitted from the sequencer 12 to the server 13 to be stored in the server 13 as collected operation data to be transmitted at the data transfer time.
