<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply device for an electric component in which a TCP having poor adhesive tape sticking state is prevented from being temporarily crimped on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A supply device for an electronic component comprises: index means 18A, 18B having a plurality of holding heads 19 receiving and holding a TCP 4 and rotatingly driven intermittently in a circumferential direction; a punching device supplying the TCP to the holding head; a sticking device sticking an adhesive tape 32 to an underside of the TCP of the holding head at a position where the holding head to which the TCP is supplied is rotatingly driven by a predetermined angle; imaging cameras 47 imaging the adhesive tape stuck on the TCP; a control device 49 determining the sticking state of the adhesive tape to the TCP on the basis of the imaging of the imaging cameras; and a temporary crimping head receiving the TCP an adhesive tape sticking state of which is determined to be satisfactory by the control device, from the holding head at a position where the holding head holding the TCP on which the adhesive tape is imaged is rotatingly driven by a predetermined angle by the index means, to mount the TCP on the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
