<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an automatic dispenser capable of preventing erroneous determination that a heater breaks down, while saving an energy. <P>SOLUTION: A heat pump controller 40 is applied to an existing automatic dispenser configured to on/off-control a heater H according to a storage-interior temperature and includes a heater drive control unit 412 that drives the heater H by PID control such that the storage-interior temperature becomes a predetermined target temperature.
