<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the space-saved conveyance and installation of a bottom plane type apparatus which is high in crime prevention property just like a conventional apparatus with an adjuster while maintaining the crime prevention property. <P>SOLUTION: An ATM 1 having a planar bottom face 12 includes a safe 5, screw holes through which bolts 7 are put are arranged at, for example, four places at the lower part of the safe 5, and the bolts 7 are arranged so as to be attachable/detachable. In the conveyance and installation of the ATM 1, a safe door 8 is opened, a paper money unit 6, for example, in the ATM 1 is pulled out, the bolts 7 are inserted from the upper part and fastened by a spanner or the like, the bolts 7 are projected to the bottom of the ATM 1, and the ATM 1 is lifted up. The bolts 7 at the four places are fastened in turn little by little, and the ATM 1 is lifted up to such height that a porter is placed at the bottom of the ATM 1. Afterwards, the porter is inserted into the bottom of the ATM 1, and the ATM 1 is lifted up and carried to the installation place.
