The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a solid fuel cell, whereby production of a high-output solid fuel cell is possible. The present invention is a method for producing a solid fuel cell having a pair of electrode layers, and a solid electrolyte layer arranged between the pair of electrode layers, the method for producing a solid fuel cell having: a preparation step for preparing a foil/electrolyte laminate having foil, and a solid electrolyte layer containing a binder disposed on at least one surface of the foil; an electrode layer formation step for laminating an electrode material to the surface of the solid electrolyte layer of the prepared foil/electrolyte laminate, and pressing to form the electrode layer; and an elimination step for eliminating the foil subsequent to the electrode layer formation step.
