An affiliate management device according to one embodiment is provided with: an access monitoring unit which, in response to a user clicking an affiliate link, stores in a predetermined storage unit click information in which the publisher of the affiliate link, the destination store of the affiliate link, and the user are associated; an acquisition unit for acquiring purchase information indicating the purchaser of a product and the trading store of the product; a specifying unit for specifying click history indicating the click of the affiliate link performed by the purchaser, said click history being specified on the basis of one or more items of click information acquired from the predetermined storage unit and corresponding to the purchaser; and a determination unit for determining, on the basis of the click history, one or more publishers to receive an affiliate charge from the trading store and the affiliate charge to be paid to the publisher(s). |
