<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange structure in which strength and rigidity of a structure body to be fixed are improved without increasing its size during transportation. <P>SOLUTION: A flange structure comprises: cylindrical bodies 31, 32 each formed substantially in a cylindrical shape; inner flanges 41, 42 each formed by being overhung from the end part to the inner diameter side of the cylindrical body and in which a plurality of openings for insertion of fastening members; and outer flanges 43, 44 each formed by being overhung from the end part to the outer diameter side of the cylindrical body and in which a plurality of openings for insertion of fastening members. The inner flange is formed substantially over the entire circumference of the cylindrical body.
