<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that allows a plurality of variable winning devices to be disposed while preventing the reduction in design flexibility of the game machine. <P>SOLUTION: A symbol display device 41 for variably displaying symbols is disposed at the center in a game area formed on a game board 30. An operation port 33 and a variable winning unit 32 are disposed below it. The variable winning unit 32 includes a first variable winning device 32a and a second variable winning device 32b, which are provided adjacent to each other in a vertical direction.
