An insert 28 for use in a remanufactured cylinder head 10 rocker arm stand 12, the insert 28 comprising an inner facing surface 30 having a radius 68 within a range of 35 to 45 mm and a length 62 within a range of 70 to 103 mm, and an outer facing surface 32 adapted for disposal against a channel 26 in the rocker arm stand 12, the rocker arm shaft 14 being disposed adjacent the inner facing surface 30 in use, but not adjacent the rocker arm stand 12.
