<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long life solid electrolytic capacitor, whose leakage current is small and initial ESR and ESR after being used for a long years is low, allowing reduction in manufacturing man-hours. <P>SOLUTION: A solid electrolytic capacitor 1 comprises: an anode body 12 composed of a valve action metal; a dielectric coating layer 13 formed on a surface of the anode body 12; a solid electrolyte layer 14 formed on the dielectric coating layer 13; and a conductive solid layer 16 which coats the solid electrolyte layer 14, wherein the conductive solid layer 16 contains silver and nickel, and a weight ratio of nickel to silver is 3% to 30%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
