PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable desired operation on a touch panel without wrong operation.

SOLUTION: A touch panel operation unit 401 is disposed so as to be overlapped on a display unit 400 for displaying various types of information and receives touch operation corresponding to display content of the display unit 400. A rotation detection unit 310 detects rotation on the same surface as a display surface of the display unit 400. A display direction change control unit 211 changes the display direction of the display content displayed on the display unit 400 in accordance with a rotation angle of the display unit 400 detected by the rotation detection unit 310. An operation control unit 202 performs processing for disabling touch operation on the touch panel operation unit 401 for a predetermined first time period when the display direction change control unit 211 changes the display direction of the display content.
