<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference spectrophotometer capable of accurately calculating an absorbance of a sample or a transmittance spectrum without being influenced by a disturbance. <P>SOLUTION: An interference spectrophotometer 1 includes: a moving mirror unit 260 having a moving mirror 262 capable of reciprocating; a fixed mirror 85; an infrared light source part 10 for emitting infrared light; a beam splitter 70; an interference light detection part 20 for detecting light intensity information of interference light transmitted through a sample or reflected; a moving mirror speed information detection part 30 for detecting moving mirror speed information of the moving mirror 262; a control part 51 which acquires the light intensity information and the moving mirror speed information, and calculates an absorbance of sample or a transmittance spectrum; and a storage part 52 for storing a target moving mirror speed range. When calculating the absorbance of sample or the transmittance spectrum, the control part 51 does not adopt the light intensity information obtained when the moving speed of moving mirror 262 deviates from the target moving mirror speed range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
