摘要 The unstacking and transport device for metal slabs which are transferred into the working chamber of a following processing machine has movable lift carriages (1) by which the slabs are transferred to a hanging conveyor which supplies them by a double slab control device to a centring station form where the centred slabs are moved into the work chamber. All the lift carriages (1), the double slab discharge carriage (2) and the double slab control device (5) have one associated common hanging conveyor (3) with rhythmic stepped sequence and associated lift mechanisms (4). The centring station (6) is designed as a longitudinally movable and height adjustable frame with bearing conveyor (8) with constant bearing surface whose bearing width is adjustable by strips (9) which are mounted on the long sides of the bearing conveyor (8) and are displaceable across the transport direction. Displaceable stops (10.1,10.2) are mounted one behind the other on the end of each strip pointing towards the processing machine. The stop (10.2) pointing towards the transfer station (11) is designed in addition to swivel out of the transport plane. USE - One or two slabs can be automatically supplied to different transfer points.
