According to a fiber-reinforced composite material (11) of the present invention, a laminated fiber bundle layer is formed by laminating a plurality of fiber bundle layers formed of a reinforced fiber, and furthermore a matrix is impregnated in the laminated fiber bundle layer. At either side of a neutral surface (16), the number of +? fiber bundle layers which have a fiber orientation angle of +? is the same as the number of -? fiber bundle layers which have a fiber orientation angle of -?. The order of laminating the fiber bundle layers is inversely symmetrical to a standard surface, and the number of other fiber bundle layers disposed between each of the +? and -? layers at both sides by the standard surface is the same.
