<p>[Problem] To provide a non-contact conveying device whereby equipment costs can be kept low, the work of installation is easy, and the tip portion of an item to be conveyed can transfer to an adjacent conveying rail without colliding with the adjacent conveying rail. [Solution] A non-contact conveying device (1) comprises non-contact conveying rails (2), non-contact conveying rails (3) aligned adjacent to the non-contact conveying rails (2) in the conveying direction (X) of an item (G) to be conveyed, and non-contact suction devices (5) for suctioning the item to be conveyed, the non-contact suction devices being disposed above the seams (S) of these non-contact conveying rails (2, 3) and opposite of each other across the space portion between the seams (S). The non-contact conveying device (1) can be configured from: a pair of support braces (8) opposite each other across the space portion between the seams (S) of the non-contact conveying rails (2, 3), the support braces being erected opposing each other in the width direction of the non-contact conveying rails (2, 3); a roof plate (9) spreading across both of the support braces (8); and a suction holder (10) fixed to the bottom surface of the roof plate (9).</p> |
