The present invention relates to the dextro-rotatory enantiomer of Formula <IMAGE> and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts with platelet aggregation inhibiting activity. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of this compound starting from the racemate and the pharmaceutical compositions containing it.
