<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winning device that can reliably close a winning pocket at the regulation of winning by forcibly turning a regulation member, and to provide a game machine. <P>SOLUTION: When a movable iron core 52 of a solenoid 51 presses an end 83 of a shaft support member 80 frontward, the shaft support member 80 is turned with a first turning shaft 81 as an axis, and an end 82 is moved rearward. An advancing/contracting member 60 connected to the end 82 is slide-moved rearward at a first connecting part 71, and the regulation member 90 connected with an end 92 is forcibly turned with the movement of the end 92 rearward in a second connecting part 64.
