<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make time when the controlled variable of each control loop reaches a set value almost the same while reducing the frequency of signal transmission to be performed between control means and any other means in the case of changing the set value. <P>SOLUTION: A control device includes: a temperature raising time estimation part 1 configured to, when a set value SPi of each of a plurality of control loops Li is changed, estimate a temperature raising time TL necessary for a controlled variable PVi of each control loop Li to reach the set value SPi in the case of setting an operation amount output upper limit value OHi of each control loop Li to a specified output upper limit value MOi; a necessary output estimation part 2 configured to estimate an operation amount output MUi necessary for the controlled variable PVi to reach the set value SPi in the temperature raising time TL for each control loop Li; an output upper limit setting part 3 configured to temporarily set the operation amount output MUi as the operation amount output upper limit value OHi of each control loop Li; and a control part 5-i arranged for each control loop Li. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
