<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a holding force for holding a lever at an initial position. <P>SOLUTION: A cantilevered elastic locking piece 35 is provided in a housing space 30 opened on a lever 20, and a locking part 36 at a tip is fitted with a locking hole 16 opposed to the housing space 30 and opened on a male housing 10, so as to constitute means for holding the lever 20 at an initial position. One side wall 30A of the housing space 30 is formed as a tapered face 50 whose width is larger toward the locking hole 16. When a rotation force toward a fitting position is applied to the lever 20 held at the initial position, while the locking part 36 is pressed to a side face of the locking hole 16, the elastic locking piece 35 is torsion-deformed and the locking part 36 is being detached. However, the tapered face 50 of the side wall 30A of the housing space 30 presses the elastic locking piece 35 to restrain the elastic locking piece 35 from rising. Additionally, a component force F for pressing the elastic locking piece 35 toward the locking hole 16 is applied, and therefore, the locking part 36 is reliably retained in the locking hole 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
