<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of analyzing motor characteristics capable of performing calculation only by magnetic field analysis related to an isotropic magnetic body while considering a magnetic anisotropy of an electromagnetic steel plate. <P>SOLUTION: A method of analyzing motor characteristics includes: a first step (S2) of assuming that a magnetic steel plate used for a motor iron core is an isotropic magnetic body to perform magnetic field analysis of the motor iron core; a second step (S3) of calculating a two-dimensional Lissajous locus for a magnetic flux density in each portion of the motor iron core; a third step (S4) of classifying each portion of the motor iron core into an alternate magnetic flux region or a rotation magnetic flux region, depending on a form of the two-dimensional Lissajous locus; a fourth step (S6) of classifying the portion determined as the alternate magnetic flux region into an L-characteristic region or a C-characteristic region, depending on a relative position in the motor iron core; a fifth step (S5, S9 and S10) of setting magnetic characteristics to each portion of the motor iron core based on the classification at the third and fourth steps; and a sixth step (S11) of performing the magnetic field analysis of the motor iron core again as an isotropic magnetic body having the magnetic characteristics that was set at the fifth step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
