<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that applies the fixed amount of metal soap in applying metal soap to a photoreceptor, and has excellent image quality and quality of reliability; and a process cartridge; as well as an image forming method. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a photoreceptor 1; charging means 2; exposure means; developing means 4 that develops using toner; transfer means 5, 6; cleaning means for removing toner remains on the photoreceptor 1; and lubricant supply means 11 for supplying lubricant 12 to the surface of the photoreceptor 1. The photoreceptor 1 has a conductive support, a charge generation layer, a charge transport layer, and a cross-linking charge transport layer formed by curing a specific radical polymerizable monomer and a specific radical polymerizable compound; the cleaning means is provided with a plurality of cleaning members, one of which has non-woven fabric 10; the non-woven fabric 10 is not arranged most upstream among the plurality of cleaning members, and is arranged in contact with the photoreceptor 1; the lubricant supply means 11 is arranged downstream the non-woven fabric 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
