<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reporting incorrect information on an operation state of a substation facility 19 even when power supply to a substation monitor control apparatus 17 is unstable. <P>SOLUTION: The substation monitor control apparatus 17 which monitors the operation state of the substation facility 19 comprises: a substation information detecting section 41 which detects substation information on the operation state of the substation facility 19; a report control section 45 which controls a report of the substation information having been detected in the substation information detecting section 41 to a substation integrated management apparatus 51; and an invalidation processing section 43 which invalidates at least one of operations of the substation information detecting section 41 and the report control section 45 when the power supply to various function units 25, 31 and 39 in a substation 13 is unstable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
