摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device and an electronic apparatus in which conduction between substrates can be performed in a wide area without causing protrusion of a conducting material between substrates from a substrate edge, overlap of an electrode for conduction between substrates and a signal line, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When an electrode 6e on an element substrate side for conducting between substrates is formed on an element board 10 in an electro-optic device 100, a space 66 in a plurality of signal line formation regions 60 is used, where routing portions of a plurality of data lines 6a are extended from a substrate edge 10a into an image display region 100a. A sealing material 80 has a bent portion 85 formed to recess toward the image display region 100a, in a region where the electrode 6e in the element substrate side for conducting between substrates is disposed.
